Question: Does a paid membership guarantee I can purchase tickets?
Answer:No. Paid membership is not a guarantee to purchase a ticket. Access to tickets is subject to availability, offered on a first-come-first-served basis. If your first show option is not available, you may select another show date to locate available ticket inventory.
Question: Where is my unique Fan Club presale access code?
Answer:Once you are logged in to the site, you can find your code on the Tour page above the tour schedule. You also may find this information on the User Profile page (you must be logged in to access your Profile). Please note, you must be a current, active member to receive a presale access code.
Question: Can I cancel my ticket order?
Answer:Once you place your order for tickets there are absolutely no refunds. If the show is canceled or rescheduled for a date that you are unable to attend, then you are eligible to receive a refund for the face value of the tickets.
Question: How is seating handled for people with disabilities?
Answer:We make best efforts to have wheelchair access seating available for our members. Advice will be found during the online booking process, including information on how to order accessible seats. Please check with your specific venue for details.
Question: What time do presales begin and end?
Answer:Check the Tour page for the most current presale information. Register for a member account so you are one of the first to receive announcements of new presales and on-sale schedules.
Question: What merchant name will appear on my credit card statement for the ticket purchase?
Answer:Ticketmaster or the respective official ticketing agent will be listed as the merchant/vendor, depending on who is handling the fulfillment of the tickets.
Question: After I place my order, when will I receive my tickets?
Answer:The ticketing agent will mail your tickets 4-6 weeks before the date of your concert. Please contact the ticketing agent for the specifics of your ticket order fulfillment. If possible, please have your ticket order confirmation number ready.
For VIP Package offers, please read delivery details carefully. In some instances, there will be a WILL CALL pick up requirement. This means you will pick up your tickets at the venue box office, on the evening of the concert.
Question: My ticket presale code does not work. Who may I contact for help?
Answer:When you are on the ticketing site, do not copy and paste your password into the form field. Please manually type in your code. This prevents any chance of invisible characters or blank spaces from being entered. These invisible characters can cause the ticketing system to produce an error message. Question: Is there a Fan Club presale ticket limit?
Answer:Fan Club members have access to eight (8) presale tickets per membership during the membership period. This can be any combination of your ticket limit. For example, you may purchase one (1) ticket for eight (8) separate shows, two (2) tickets for four (4) shows, etc.
Question: What is "local venue time"?
Answer:Local venue time is the time zone that applies to the venue. For example, Madison Square Garden is in the eastern time zone (ET); and the Hollywood Bowl is in the pacific time zone (PT). All presales and on-sales are scheduled in local venue time.

Question: I don't have a credit card. Can I purchase a membership with a check or money order?
Answer:No. At this time, we only accept credit or debit cards for payment.
Question: I can't remember my username and/or password.

Question: When does my membership expire?
Answer:Your membership expires one year from the date that you create a paid account (Example: If you join Jan 1, 2016, you expire Dec 31, 2016). We will email reminders in the final 30 days of your active subscription so you can renew your account.
IMPORTANT: It is each member's responsibility to renew his/her membership prior to expiration. The Fan Club emails renewal reminders as a courtesy, and we are not responsible for undelivered emails.
Question: How do I edit my profile?
Answer:When you are logged in with either a free or paid account, click on the Account Info button at the top of the page. You can update your profile information from there.
Note: Usernames and display names are permanent and may not be changed, but please make sure to update your email address, mailing address, etc.
Question: I have Ticketmaster fan club bundle code. How do I upgrade my account?
Answer:If you have a registered free or expired user account, simply login and click the UPGRADE button at the top of the screen.
If you do not yet have a registered account, please click the JOIN button at the top of the screen and follow the steps to create your member profile. After your click the 'SUBMIT' button, you will be taken to the shopping cart. Enter your coupon code once more and click the 'APPLY' button to set your cart amount to $0.00. Continue your order to complete the free transaction.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the purchase of the Fan Club bundle counts as your access to our Fan Club ticket presale. Upon redeeming your membership, you will not receive additional codes to participate in future presales.
